Cancellation by Client
Cancellations received within 14 days of booking and or installation will be eligible for refund less 20% restocking fee plus $29.99 administration service charge. Please note labour and or installation cost is non-refundable along with any material that has been used during the installation period and is attached to the customers property. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for any refunds, request for cancellations can be made via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received within 14/Days.
We accept returns on unused items within 7 days for an exchange or refund. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all product returns, all products must be returned in the original packaging and must not be altered or damage.
We do not accept returns on
o Used/Unboxed Items (All Items must be returned in original packaging)
o Any Items reflecting damages by customer was unlawfully.
o Any product that has been modified or altered.
o Expired returned date duration period.
Please note refunds on all Security Systems will take 4-5 business days to be applied, processed and issued. Same method of payment would be issued as the original payment (Credit Card/ Debit, Cheque).
Our Security Specialist team is mainly focused to present our clients with clear and concise facts, which allows the client to make an informed and clear decision upon the selection of a security system that best fits their needs, along with any ongoing maintenance and support of the system. Our greatest approach by having the customer in mind always offsets the cost to provide value while still achieving the clients needs within an, economical and efficient conclusion to a Security system.
